Sara Sawyer Boeller, Esq. is a well known and respected Family Law Attorney serving all of Sarasota, Manatee County, and surrounding areas. A native of New Glarus, Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Pursuing a passion for family law, she then attended and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the prestigious Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg Florida.
To provide a unique and beneficial experience for her clients, Attorney Boeller went on to earn her Masters of Arts Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. In 2013, Mrs. Boeller established Boeller Counseling, LLC, a full-service mental health counseling practice. With this extensive background, she is not only extremely experienced in litigating the very complex matters of family law in the courtroom but also provides a sympathetic, compassionate, and effective approach to every family law matter. Her unique blend of skills provides clients with a more therapeutic transition throughout the legal process.
To add to Attorney Boeller’s myriad of degrees and highly beneficial background serving these various communities, she is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law Mediator.
Before the opening of Boeller Law, P.A., Attorney Boeller began her legal career litigating family law matters at Gulfcoast Legal Aid in Sarasota, Florida. She then went on to practice exclusively in family law in the private sector. Attorney Boeller also strives to participate in volunteer activities related to family law including organizations such as the Guardian Ad Litem program. As the proud founder of Boeller Law, P.A., Attorney Boeller has carefully chosen individuals who possess the same knowledge and compassionate demeanor to be part of her critical legal task force to handle family law matters in an effective way. A mother of two beautiful girls, and happily married to Dr. James Boeller, Attorney Boeller is very cognizant of the importance of family matters and uses her knowledge and expertise to make sure that each and every family law issue is handled with the care and concern it so richly deserves.
Kayla Tipple was born in Michigan and raised in Englewood, Florida. In 2007, she graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors of Arts in both Communication and Religion. Mrs. Tipple went on to pursue a passion to become a lawyer and in 2010 graduated in the top 20th percentile from Florida Coastal School of Law. During her law school studies, Mrs. Tipple was the social chair of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Club. Mrs. Tipple was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010.
Attorney Tipple’s experience started in Jacksonville, Florida for Legal Aid. During this time she concentrated on family law, probate and guardianship matters. Later on in her career, she joined a private practice firm in Putnam County, Attorney Tipple focused on family law, commercial litigation and estate planning.
Since joining the Boeller Law Firm in 2015, Attorney Tipple has focused on the areas where her true passion lies, litigating family law matters and estate planning. It brings her great satisfaction to be serving the community that she was raised in and currently lives with her husband and two dogs.
Alexis Fritsch was born and raised in Sarasota Florida. In 2008, she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Criminology, a minor in Anthropology and a concentration in Psychology from the University of Florida. Alexis went on to attend Law School at the University of Louisville Brandeis School and was the co-chair of the Lambda Law Caucus from 2011 to 2012 and graduated in 2012. She is a licensed member of the Kentucky bar as of 2013 and licensed to practice in the Federal Courts for the Western District of Kentucky.
Attorney Fritsch practiced law in Kentucky at the beginning of her career focusing on Family Law, Estate Planning, and Bankruptcy. In 2009, Alexis had research that was presented at the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences Annual Meeting in Boston. She went on to have her work published in the June 2013 edition of the Social Sciences Journal “Deviant Behavior.” She had an additional article published in 2014 in an online publication “SAGE Research case methods.”
Since moving back home to the Sunshine state, Attorney Fritsch was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015 and has joined the Boeller Law Firm where she continues to focus on Family Law.
Attorney Alyssa A. Vanstone grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. She graduated Cum Laude from Hamline University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Anthropology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Attorney Vanstone relocated to Florida and earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law located in Gulfport, Florida.
Ms. Vanstone was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. As an Assistant State Attorney, Attorney Vanstone prosecuted criminal cases for two years before transferring to the child welfare division where she spent over three years litigating child dependency cases.
Since 2011, Ms. Vanstone has focused on handling family law matters in the private sector in Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. She joined Boeller Law, P.A. in 2017.
