Boeller Law, P.A. Welcomes Attorney Alyssa A. Vanstone, Esq.

Our firm is excited to welcome our newest attorney, Alyssa A. Vanstone, Esq. to the team as a Senior Associate Attorney. After her admission to the Florida Bar in 2003, Attorney Vanstone began practicing law as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. She has since gained experience prosecuting criminal cases as well as working with child welfare cases, and now focuses solely on family law matters.

Originally from Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, Attorney Alyssa A. Vanstone attended Hamline University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology and graduated Cum Laude. She then went on to attend Stetson University College of Law in Florida. While at Stetson, she earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude.

Attorney Alyssa A. Vanstone, Esq. has been practicing law for nearly 15 years, and during that time she has worked on a variety of cases broadening her legal knowledge and continually gaining applicable experience. She began her career working as an Assistant State Attorney in the State Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. During her two years there, Attorney Vanstone prosecuted criminal cases and then transitioned to the child welfare division where she spent three years litigating child dependency cases.

Since 2011, Attorney Vanstone has focused her legal practice on family law. She is passionate about advocating for the rights of individuals and families in Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte. Such legal matters include divorce litigation and mediation, as well as child custody, child support, equitable distribution, and alimony.
